  • Strange times right about now...

How can one feel homesickness for a place one has never seen?

Note:  This rant NOT about racism.

Oh, and I love the current trend of intolerance we've got going on here... not only by the majority, but AGAINST the majority like that's somehow acceptable because they themselves are intolerant.  Just because SOME of a group promotes hatred does not mean it's okay for everyone else to hate everyone in that group... this is pretty ridiculous, and I'm being reminded of discrimination/reverse discrimination.  People, it is not okay to HATE a large group that simply cannot be bound together by stereotypes.  Man.  I know you kids will get over yourselves someday, but jeez.  At least I hope you will.

  • man i hate racists.  ha ha, just kidding, that was funny.  oh parker, what would i do without your rantings? besides drool over preteen girls in harry potter that is. . .

  • Homesick for a place you have never been eh, honey... I was thinking about that yesterday at the gym.  I was listening to Clocks (Coldplay) and I could never understand why the very last part of the song moved me everytime I heard it.  You know:...
    You are ....
Home, home, where I wanted to go
Home, home, where I wanted to go
Home, home, where I wanted to go
And for me, I never understood what home meant.  I mean, look at where I've lived.  Orlando,Australia,Sheffield, Co Springs, Sacramento, now Egypt. I never felt at home ANYwhere.  Yesterday, I figured out that to me, home is NOT a place.  Its a FEELING. The feeling that I get when Im with you... talking to you..reading an email from you.. arguing with you. That is HOME to me.  I know that now.  I love you Parker...  :)

  • Damn you two and your cuteness.  BLEH.  Hope you have the time of your life in Egypt!
